How To Start Your Week Out Right

Sunday is a day when we spend time with family and friends, recharge our battery, or simply lounge around the house and catch up on our favorite show on Netflix. Lets face it, we all needs that #mondaymotivation every now and then and tackling some things on our to-do list on Sunday might help. Here are five things I like to do on Sunday to make sure my week is a little better.



I love starting off my week by going to church on Sunday. I get to unwind, disconnect from social media, and spend some time with God.


Plan Your Week Out

Of course things may come up but I like to plan out my gym days, pencil in some time with friends during the week, and my errands. I try not to plan anything on the days I work, after working a 12 hours shift all I want to do is come home, shower, eat, and relax.


Buy Fresh Flowers

I love going to the Mariano’s or Whole Foods and picking up fresh flowers. It instantly brightens up a room and they look so pretty.


Get a Workout In

I know some people use Sunday as a rest day but for me it’s a day to set the tone for the rest of the week. I’ve noticed that when I work out on Sunday I’m more likely to stay motivated and not skip out on class.


Organize Your Place

Who doesn’t love waking up to a clean house? Not only are you de-cluttering your space, its one less thing to worry about on Monday.
