Easy, Breezy, Beautiful High-waisted Trousers.

I am in love with these high waisted wide-leg trousers from Zara; they are sleek and easy-to wear. Wide-leg trousers are best coupled with a simple body-con top or a tailored blouse to balance out the volume. They are cool, easy, and relaxed and nothing beats the comfort you get when you wear them. This is a trend that can easily take you from day to-night but remember to keep your body type in mind when choosing a pair. If you are petite wear them with wedges or stilettos, a high-waist trouser accentuate your waist and elongate your legs; but the hem should barely touch the floor to create that lean look. Wide-legged pants aren’t just for tall, skinny woman; they have the ability to create the illusion of a long and lean silhouette. Stay away from bulky sweaters, billowy blouses or thick materials. Most importantly wear it with confidence!

Below you can find the links to the exact trousers I am wearing in this post and a similar top!

Happy Friday, Xo B!
