Easy Tips and Tricks to Wear that Summer Dress Now and Later.

Hey guys! Is it me or has this week flown by; I can’t believe that Thanksgiving is around the corner! I will be working at the hospital this year but I’m looking forward to eating some good food, finishing all the desserts, and spending time with my family when I’m off! Today I wanted to share this look that would be perfect for that thanksgiving dinner or holiday party you might have coming up by taking your favorite summer dress into the winter simply by layering. Who doesn’t love to save money by finding new ways to wear what you already have in your closet! A quick tip is combining it with heavier pieces; I just simply threw a chunky knit sweater on top of my white dress and belted it so my figure wouldn’t get lost. I draped a jacket over my shoulders it adds warmth and a touch of effortless chic! This outfit screams girl boss, it feminine, sexy but in a subtle way, and you will own the room when you walk in! I listed a few other tricks below to make the most of the clothes you already have!

  1. Wear tights: your legs will thank you
  2. Add boots: opt for a dark shoe or OTK boot.
  3. Throw on a jacket or cardigan: warmth is key!
  4. Accessories with beanies or scarves: between seasons a scarf will update any outfit.

I hope these tips are helpful and would love to hear any other ideas you might have!
