Grey Doesn’t Have To Be Boring

Would you agree with me that an all-grey look is both elegant and effortless but with a touch of cool? I know I always talk about an all-white look but I really love this grey trend. It’s minimal but luxurious, and one of my favorite colors to wear during this time. Grey is a versatile color; it’s not as harsh as black or as plain as white. I personally love mixing different hues of grey, in this post I mixed it with black but this versatile color looks great combined with a pop of red, soft blues and pinks, or simply white. This is a great outfit to run errands, meet up a friend for lunch, or a day of fun in the city. Of course, you can swap out the heels for a flat bootie or sneakers.

Grey & Pink

When you combine it with pink it creates a feminine, classic, and romantic look. Pair a knitted pink sweater with a pair of grey trousers for work, or a fitted grey skirt with a pink blouse, and a white blazer for a date night.

Grey & Red

All grey outfits look great with red shoes, red purses, red nails, and of course my favorite RED LIPS. It’s just the right pop of color and it’s perfect for this time of year!

Grey & Black

You can’t go wrong with this color combination, it’s sophisticated and both colors are slimming.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great weekend!!

  1. Agree! Grey is utterly brilliant. I think it is so classic and is much gentler than black. Love your jeans – I have them too! They are Paige right? A nice stretchy, soft material don’t you think? After many years of trying different brands, I SWEAR by Paige!
