Hey guys! It’s February and I want to encourage you to keep going with your fitness goals! Yes ladies, turn your New Years Resolution into a permanent lifestyle change. You can start small, something as simple as drinking more water, cutting out soda, or new workout gear can keep you motivated. A new sports bra, leggings, or workout set can give you the confidence you need to get out there and kick ass! I’m guilty of getting extra excited when I get new workout gear- it makes a huge difference with my motivation to exercise.
When you look good, you feel good. A new wardrobe can also work as a motivator to get you to the gym. Today I’m sharing my favorite sets + my favorite post workout smoothie!

Tropical Green Monster
- 1 cup coconut water
- ½ cup baby spinach
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- ¾ cup frozen mango, diced
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
