This look is definitely outside my comfort zone; I usually stick to neutrals and add a pop of color with my accessories. I decided to go bold and wore these beautiful floral shorts from Nordstrom Rack, I thought they would be a perfect piece for Miami; I could wear during the day while we walked around or dress them up for dinner just by switching up my accessories. If you aren’t feeling so adventurous start with black it’s the safest way to add a pop of color to any outfit, it’s a great canvas and a perfect option if you wanted to wear them to hit the town at night for dinner and drinks. I added a pop of color with this solid top; I didn’t want my outfit looking too busy with the shorts that already had a busy print. Tip of the day, choose one color from your printed garment to highlight, have fun with it, I went with a neon green top but I could have added hot pink, orange, red, or blue. I finished off my look with a purse in a tangerine color and kept my shoes neutral allowing the clothes to take center stage.
