Meet falls most perfect accessory, the oversized plaid scarf! Not only are they cozy and comfortable, they are also a perfect layering piece for a chilly fall day. I have a weakness for humongous scarves; they are versatile, timeless, they can dressed up or down depending on what you wear, and have a laid back/cool vibe.   This weekend a couple of girlfriends and I decided to take a little road trip to an apple orchard to get into the fall spirit, it was the perfect excuse to take out my plaid scarf from storage! I kept the rest of my outfit simple by pairing it with black skinny jeans, a chunky turtleneck sweater, and a large brim hat to protect my face from the sun.        If you are new at the plaid game I suggest you keep the rest of your outfit simple, by pairing it with jeans and solid color top.      I had so much fun with these ladies apple picking, feeding the farm animals, taste testing all the amazing deserts, and participating in all the games and activities.
