Fitness Friday- ClassPass & My Favorite Fitness Classes. 

        Hey Guys! I’ve been a little MIA lately, I just started a new position at the hospital and it’s been hectic but I’m back! Today I am share with you the membership I joined that is helping me stay in shape year round and get my bikini body ready.       As I mentioned before working out is one of those things I look forward to now, I love putting on my workout clothes and heading to class in the morning. For an hour I get to zone out, leave all the stress outside, and work on a better version of myself.      I don’t know about you, but I need someone to lead the class and give me that little bit of motivation when I am ready to give up. Which is why I decided to join ClassPass last November and I couldn’t be happier with this membership.    What is ClassPass you ask? ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different studios and gyms in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. What I love about ClassPass is the flexibility and the challenge you get from different work out classes available.    ClassPass allows you to go month to month, you can cancel at anytime, classes are flexible, and you can visit the same studio up to 3x a month. Some of my favorite studios are Shred 415, Pure Barre, Core Yoga, and I recently tried Studio Three and I’m obsessed! Of course what works for me doesn’t necessarily work for someone else.What are you ladies doing to get ready for that bikini body?
