Buenos Aires: Nikes & Denim Skirt

When my friend Magdalena and I first spoke about taking a trip to Buenos Aires, Argentina I never imagined that I would be writing this post sitting in this cute apartment located in Las Canita- a sub neighborhood found in the trendy neighborhood of Palermo.       Buenos Aires is an incredibly vibrant city where the streets are lined with coffee shops, hidden bookstores, restaurants, museums and people of all ages mingling.        Buenos Aires is a fashion forward city, where long ombre hair, chunky platforms, skinny jeans, and natural makeup rule the streets. The only place you will see gym clothes in this city is when they are on their way to the gym. I wasn't sure what to pack but one thing I did know is that we would be doing a lot of walking which is why I left my heels at home and packed comfortable shoes and wedges. My Thea Nike Air Max came along for the ride, I paired them with a H&M Denim Skirt (huge for spring), a white sleeveless turtleneck, and my leather jacket is a must!          On this first day of exploring we headed over to the MALBA museum - The Latin American Art Museum,  a not-for-profit featuring art and film exhibitions. After the museum we grabbed some lunch, enjoyed some window-shopping, and walked around the Palermo neighborhood.
