My 5 Favorite At-Home Workout Apps
For many of us, at-home workout has become an essential part of our daily routine. I thought it would be fun to share a few of my favorite at-home workouts. It’s a great ay to fit exercise into your life during this time of self-isolation. The great thing about a lot of these apps and fitness programs is that they don’t require equipment. If you have water bottles or an old encyclopedia lying around use that to add some resistance. I never thought I would say this, but I miss going to the gym!
While we all wait for gyms, cafés, restaurants, and businesses to reopen create a small space where you can get your fitness on for 20-45 minutes. What’s great is that a lot of these at-home workout programs are free for 30-90 days. Keep scrooling to find the programs I’ve been using to stay in shape!
Their website and Youtube is full of free workouts with a ton of variety. Types of workouts include cardio, HIIT, yoga, total-body strength, barre. They also have routines geared toward certain areas like the booty, core, and arms.
Peleton Digital
You don’t need their bike to take advantage of their cycling and treadmill workouts. If you don’t have a bike or treadmill try one of their outdoor classes, bootcamp, or yoga classes.
I miss walking into the studio but Sweat has incredible workouts that you can take advantage of. You will find everything from Tabata style workouts, HITT, and workouts targeting upper and lower body.
For all my yogi’s CorePower’s got you covered! Yoga is low-impact, high-benefit workout for mind and body. So roll out your mat and get ready to flow through a C2 class, improve strength with Yoga Sculpt, or relax with a guided meditation.
If you haven’t heard of Heather Robertson you are missing out! Her workouts are challenging, require little to no equipment, and they kick your ass! She offers a ton of variety and has a free 12 week-program on her YouTube channel that’s super easy to follow. Her lower body videos are AMAZING!
You can also check out your favorite studios on Instagram and Facebook accounts for free live streaming workouts. I know so many of us are stuck at home and can’t go to the gym but these apps and YouTube channels will help you stay sane and fit during these unpredictable times.
Thanks for stopping by! Xo, B!
